HOW AND WHEN TO APPLY JUNIPER BERRY ESSENTIAL OIL ?
Juniper berry essential oil can be applied directly to skin and hair and used without any problem. You can use it for massage purpose, aromatherapy or can be inhaled by using diffusers also. You should apply it at least twice a week.
- You can use it on your skin and massage it properly by adding 5-6 drops of juniper berry oil and blend it with carrier oil like coconut oil so that it goes deep into the pores and makes your skin fairer.
- You can use 6-8 drops of juniper berry essential oil at time of taking bath by mixing it with 4-6 drop of any carrier oil such as olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, or any other vegetable oil to get rid of mental and emotional fatigue.
- You can diffuse it by adding 8-10 drops of juniper berry essential oil with little water upon the diffuser to feel the aroma around your surroundings that helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
